How our products match your gear manufacturing process

Each of our products is designed and assembled in Switzerland. They follow standard designs which can accommodate the specific features your gear production process requires. In addition, our highly qualified software engineers will adjust the programming to meet your requirements.

Our original product, the CompactLoader, was created to increase productivity in gear manufacture and improve safety on the factory floor. It features rapid loading times starting from 3.5 seconds and can be programmed to handle up to 500 different workpieces.

Since our first CompactLoader was designed in 2013, our automation engineering team have developed other products which also support the gear production process. Our product range now includes the CompactLoaderX, Toolloader, Flowtogo Conveyor and the Easydry spinning station, all designed in partnership with key players in the gear grinding industry including Gleason, Kapp-Niles, Klingelnberg and Reishauer.
